John Erik D’Entremont’s endurance race history includes the 2018 Ashland Lions Olympic, 2019 CT Ironman relay, 2019 Lobsterman 1st place Men’s Aquabike, 2021-2022 Boston Triathlon Aquabike 1st place, 2021 Patriothalf 6th place, 2019 Graniteman finisher as well as over 20 swim and B2VT 2018, 2019, 2023, VTMonster 2022 cycling events. In addition, Erik contributes to the endurance community with fundraising including PMC, David’s 1-mile swim 3rd place, Buzzard’s Bay Coalition swim, MS CCG VIP fundraiser, and currently sits on the Charles River Wheelers organization as a Board Member.

Plan includes an individualized training plan for your goal race(s) with unlimited contact through email and text. Sixteen-week minimum. One-on-one athlete services include:
∙ Periodized individualized training plan considering goal races and personal strengths and limiters
∙ Unlimited contact with Coach Erik D’Entremont via phone, email and/or text
∙ Weekly phone call with Coach Erik D’Entremont to review and monitor progress
∙ Daily Workouts sent in 4-week blocks
∙ Mental fitness support
∙ Threshold testing to determine proper Heart Rate Zones
∙ Race Execution Plans including details regarding pace, HR, Power
∙ One-Time Swim Video Analysis
∙ One-Time Run Video Analysis
∙ One-Time Bike Video Analysis
∙ Race Day Support
∙ Monitoring of progress throughout the year

Each additional 4 weeks: $300

Training with your family member! The family plan includes periodized individualized training plan for you and one other family athlete towards a goal or race(s) with additional support of 2x/month, 30 minute call with Coach Erik D’Entremont to review progress.
12 week minimum.
Major revisions will be billed as additional weeks. For best results, begin coaching services at a minimum of 6 months prior to “A” race.
